That’s a question that has been asked by many in the food and beverage industry as the march of plant-based and alternative foods continues ever stronger, and we wanted an answer.
So the New Food team called on some expert backup, in the form of Dr Ruchi Gupta and Jen Jobrack – two highly regarded allergen experts – to talk all things emerging allergens and try to shed some light on a difficult topic.
