This application introduces a quantitative method for catechins analysis in tea leaves and presents the results obtained in two kinds of them.
This application introduces a quantitative method for catechins analysis in tea leaves and presents the results obtained in two kinds of them. Catechins, a kind of polyphenols, are classified into flavanols which are a group of flavonoid compounds.
