Quincy Lissaur – Executive Director, SSAFE

Quincy Lissaur is the Executive Director of SSAFE, a global non-profit Public-Private Partnership that works on strengthen the safe supply and trade of food around the world. A Dutch national that has lived in Brazil, USA, UK and now based in Colombia, Quincy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of SSAFE in support of its Board Members. SSAFE works on resolving challenges facing the entire food supply chain and develops solutions together with its partners that are subsequently made available for free, including tools such as its Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment Tool, Food Safety Culture Assessment, Guide for Food Safety in M&A, Guide on Applying Industry 4.0 Technologies, capability development programs for farmers, and many more.
