Activ’Inside has announced that it will launch Memophenol at Vitafoods Europe 2016.

Memophenol is a patent-pending solution carefully designed to improve cognitive performances, preventing the onset of memory loss and improving memory operations. The solution is composed of French grape (Vitis vinifera) and wild blueberry (Vaccinium angustifolium) extracts, specific ingredients with scientifically proven beneficial effects on learning and memory impairments. Memophenol has been evaluated in a large scale bi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled clinical study.

In the trial, the solution was shown to:

  • Reduces short-term memory loss
  • Improves long-term memory performances
  • Reverses up to 10 years of brain aging

Memophenol is the result of a 4-year international research programme: the Neurophenols Consortium. Its development is based on a large scientific support with strong literature, preclinical studies and a bicentre clinical study.

Memophenol’s effects result both from the bioavailability of the solution and from a synergistic action as the solution has been shown to increase by 5-fold the absorption of raw materials metabolites, versus individual extracts. The solution has revealed complementary mechanisms of actions on brain plasticity, neurogenesis, brain microcirculation and oxidative balance.

The solution is recommended at 300 mg once to twice a day, by oral administration.  The solution is designed for everyone, from teenagers to seniors, who want to improve their learning and memory performances or prevent the onset of age-related cognitive decline.
