New report says further support from the UK and devolved governments is vital to sustain manufacturers supplying the hospitality and food service market.
The report shows that all of the UK's highest value exported products have grown, with whisky, salmon, wine, gin and pork increasing by over 10 percent on the same period last year.
A Food and Drink Sector Council (FDSC) report is said to be the first to bring together the entire sector and present a cross-chain approach to addressing future workforce, skills and productivity concerns.
