Campden BRI has appointed Mariane Hodgkinson as a hygiene specialist.

Mariane will be responsible for providing consultancy on good hygienic practice, giving advice on cross contamination, and providing technical support on cleaning and disinfection and allergen management, as well as delivering training.

Mariane joins Campden BRI from AB InBev where she was involved in quality assurance management assessing their European supplier base of packaging and ingredients of various levels of risk. She also previously held the position of quality field specialist at AB InBev where she audited as part of the support system to ensure plants were compliant in hygiene, food safety, quality assurance and infrastructure requirements. Prior to this Mariane worked at Aston Manor where she was responsible for the control of hygiene specifications and preparing sites for BRC audits.

Philip Richardson, Head of Food Manufacturing Technologies department at Campden BRI said, “We are excited to have Mariane join our hygiene team. She brings with her experience of working with SMEs up to multinational food and drink companies which will be invaluable as we support our clients and member companies with their hygiene related issues.”
