Lesaffre Ingredients Services (LIS) is the European leader in contract spray drying with one plant in France (9 towers) and one in Poland (5 towers). We provide contract development, lab, pilot and industrial scale drying. Our clients are in the food ingredients, flavors, nutraceutical & cosmetics actives and pharmaceutical excipients sectors.

Our contract development lab named as POWDER STUDIO™ carries out: formulation of carrier, powder characterization, process optimization…

In 2016 we set up a breakthrough innovative technology pilot “Extrusion Porosification Technology” which combines extrusion and spray drying, possible alternative to freeze-drying and fit for high viscous product.
