Shannon Conrad is the North American Business Development and Key Account manager offering FT-NIR solutions into Agriculture for Bruker Optics.  She graduated in 1997 with BS in Animal Science from University of Georgia and has been working in animal nutrition for the past 25 years.  She worked for Purina Mills/Land O’Lakes in manufacturing & operations for 10 years and has been in sales for the last 15, including owning her own Purina Dealership.  Her multi-divisional background and experience in Agriculture drives her passion for helping customers solve opportunities and finding new, valuable solutions for the agricultural markets.  

Cassandre Juzaitis-Boelter

Applications Specialist, Bruker Optics

Dr. Juzaitis-Boelter earned both her Ph.D. in Poultry Science and her B.S.A. in Avian Biology from the University of Georgia. Academically trained as a monogastric nutritionist, Dr. Juzaitis-Boelter focuses upon FT-NIR solutions for Food and Agricultural systems and actively works to enhance the measures of quality control for raw materials and finished products in the FAS market through calibration maintenance and development.

Research Scientist

After completing a four-year contract with the United States Air Force as a medical scientist, I joined the Daisy Brand Research and Development Department in 2006 as a Research Scientist responsible for developing wet and analytical chemistry testing. Early in 2023, I transitioned from the R&D Department to the Quality Assurance Department responsible for overseeing all of Daisy Brand’s plant laboratory analytical instrumentation and improving testing laboratory efficiency.
