CFIA Rennes 2014 – Skills and business meet at this 18th edition!

On February 11–13, 2014, the largest factory in France (37,000 m2) invites food manufacturers to discover a large, top-quality offer, comprising 1,300 suppliers across three business lines: Ingredients & Processed foods, Equipment & Processes, Packing & Conditioning. The control over the stands’ surface allows an optimized visit for manufacturers of processed foods wishing to explore innovations and unique, adaptable, and affordable solutions … 15,000 visitors are expected at the Parc Expo in Rennes.Along with the Trophées de l’Innovation, various events will be organized for this 18th edition: “Les coulisses des produits,” to showcase the innovation process throughout the production chain; “Work in Agro,” to showcase careers in food manufacturing to students (using a guided tour). Finally, in the “usine agroalimentaire du futur,” visitors will use virtual reality to imagine a factory in 10, 15, or 20 years.
