Traceability is an issue of growing importance within the food industry. Today’s consumers are far more aware of their chosen product’s supply chain and are demanding greater transparency from retailers and manufacturers alike.

Delivering on this is no mean feat for land-based supply chains, but for chains that stretch across miles of vast ocean, it’s another story altogether.
