Discover how Process NIR technology from Perten, a PerkinElmer company, can boost profitability in food processing by reducing waste, lowering energy costs, and improving operational efficiency.
As food processors work to meet growing demand while managing costs, improving efficiency is essential. Traditional methods, such as manual sampling and batch processing, often lack the speed and accuracy needed for optimal performance, leading to unnecessary waste and higher energy usage. Process NIR technology offers a real-time, non-invasive solution that provides precise control over production processes. By adopting this technology, food processors can reduce waste, lower energy costs, and streamline operations, ultimately making their processes more efficient and cost-effective.
This panel will explore common challenges in food processing, including inefficiencies in production, high operational costs due to waste, and the energy demands of maintaining consistent quality. We’ll discuss how Process NIR technology addresses these issues by delivering actionable data that supports better decision-making and process optimisation.
You will gain insights into how Process NIR is being applied across the food processing industry to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The discussion will cover key trends, such as the move toward more sustainable practices and the integration of smart technologies, which are driving the adoption of NIR solutions.
Our panel will feature case studies from the food processing sector, demonstrating how companies have successfully implemented Process NIR to reduce waste, cut energy costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Our speakers will conclude with discussions on the future of Process NIR technology, potential improvements on the horizon, and practical advice on how to integrate this technology into your current processes. There will also be an interactive Q&A session where you can engage directly with our experts.
Key learnings:
- Enhance your operational efficiency by leveraging Process NIR technology to optimise production processes
- Reduce waste and energy consumption through real-time, non-invasive monitoring and control
- Gain insights from industry case studies on how Process NIR has improved efficiency and reduced costs
- Engage with expert panellists to learn how to integrate Process NIR into your food processing operations effectively.
