Family-owned company Mraz Agro needed an innovative and versatile solution for their starch and sourdough food ingredients as well R&D projects. A technological difficulty? The wish of drying multiple products on one machine, splitting up production capacity in 1/3 modified starch and flour products, 1/3 sourdough-based products, and 1/3 R&D projects. The innovative Metris addIQ control systems allow their dryer to be run in different ways, essentially delivering multiple dryers in one machine.
