With global food systems wreaking havoc on our climate, Jamie Crummie asserts the best place to start with tackling this overwhelming problem is addressing food waste.
I write this column whilst wearing shorts and being hit by glorious sunshine looking out at the blue skies above London, a far cry from the cold and grey landscape that winter can bring. By the time this has been sent to the editor my garden is now a blanket of snow.
