Jordan Ho, Applications Specialist, Gilson

Jordan Ho has been an Applications Specialist at Gilson for four years, where he handles automated instruments ranging from plate-based assays to preparative liquid chromatography. Prior to this, he received his PhD in Chemistry from MIT under Professor Laura Kiessling, where he applied carbohydrate chemistry to design molecular probes for studying tuberculosis.

Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Science Honours degree from Liverpool University. After completing a 2-year research post at Manchester Medical School’s Rheumatology department, Elizabeth transitioned into a Sales and Marketing career, working in management positions for key companies such as Molnlycke, Haemonetics and R-Biopharm Rhone.
For the past 40 years, R-Biopharm Rhone has continually developed high end products for mycotoxin and vitamin analysis. Elizabeth joined R-Biopharm Rhone in 2014 and has been instrumental in helping support Food and Feed laboratories manage the change from manual processes into developing automated solutions. More recently, Elizabeth has been jointly responsible for establishing the global network, developing the co-partnership between R-Biopharm Rhone and Gilson with great help, vision and support from Ronan Herry, Global Director for Gilson International BV.
