Marco Silvestri
Marco Silvestri is an agronomist working in the Research & Development Department at Barilla since 1997. He has longstanding experience in durum wheat research, focusing on grain quality and food safety, innovative crop management and grain conservation systems. Over the years, he has contributed to durum research activities on development of high quality durum wheat varieties, crop modelling and forecasting, precision agriculture tools and sustainable crop managements systems.
