Coby Sella

Coby Sella is Chief Executive Officer of Agwa, which develops onboard growing systems that allow commercial vessels to produce fresh produce at sea and reduce their dependence on port resupply. He works with shipowners, operators and crews on food provisioning, sustainability and supply chain resilience at sea. A technology executive by background, he has led companies including Axilion Smart Mobility, Unispectral and Sansa Security, later acquired by ARM, and holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
