Association of Labour Providers
The Association of Labour Providers is a specialist trade association for labour providers, promoting responsible recruitment to ensure the provision, use and management of labour is recognised as a model of good practice…
The Association of Labour Providers (ALP) has a range of members, from the largest national employment businesses to small local providers servicing: the food processing, horticultural, warehousing and distribution, general manufacturing and industrial sectors. ALP’s associate members are those who use labour at any stage in the supply chain; many of our associate members are farming businesses that rely on the flexibility of labour providers. In an economy with the lowest unemployment rates since 1975, widespread skills shortages, and the uncertainty of Brexit on the consumer goods labour supply, we are supporting our members to navigate these challenges through timely guidance, expert training and fair representation.
