Global Food Market Manager, Agilent Technologies
John has a degree in Applied Chemistry from Kingston University, UK and has spent a career in the analytical instrumentation industry with the last 15 years at Agilent Technologies. After a number of years managing collaborations with key food scientists in Europe, John’s current global role is to develop and communicate new applications from all parts of the world and using all areas of technology available at Agilent. These include the application of chromatography and mass spectrometry as well as molecular spectroscopy and atomic spectroscopy. His role focusses on the development of these technologies both for testing food safety (contaminant screening) and for testing food authenticity and nutrition.
