The manufacturers of food products are often confronted with the need to satisfy opposing requirements. With regard to food safety, efficient production and failure-proof machine operation, users keep calling for innovative products and improvements. Advanced speciality lubricants for the food industry are playing an ever bigger part in attaining these goals. At the AnugaFoodTec, the tribology expert Klüber Lubrication shall be exhibiting newly developed, high-quality speciality lubricants for the food-processing industry, but also customised services for the food sector, at stand A040 in hall 10.1.

Klüber Lubrication’s advanced tribological solutions and the company’s many years of experience in the food-processing industry translate into effective support for ISO 22000 and HACCP processes. “KlüberEfficiencySupportnot only includes services like plant lube chart generation, lubricant analysis and training, but also comprehensive support to increase energy efficiency for sustainable production,” explains Manjesh Babu, Market Manager Food at Klüber Lubrication. “With our products registered as NSF H1 and certified according to ISO 21469, we make sure our products are produced in a clean and safe environment. As a member of EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group), Klüber Lubrication ensures we are part of food safety initiatives right from the start.”

At the AnugaFoodTec, several products will be focused on, among them the innovative chain oils of the Klüberfood NH1 series. Other focal products are special calcium greases for bearings and centralised lubrication and the comprehensive high-performance Klüberoil 4 UH1 N gear oil series. “In addition, some of our proven products like PARALIQ GTE 703 are used and recommended by leading beverage OEMs for the lubrication of bearings and seals in filling installations,” says Babu. Klüber Lubrication will also be exhibiting the new range of cartridges for its Klübermaticautomatic lubricant dispensers, which ensure reliable and precise lubrication of friction points at variable lubrication intervals to avoid overlubrication.

At the AnugaFoodTec 2015 held in Cologne from 24 to 27 March, the experts from Klüber Lubrication will be pleased to answer all the food-processing industry’s tribological questions at stand A040 in hall 10.1.
