In line with the Social Corporate Responsibility targets, Ferrero’s French plant in Villers Ecalles has been granted the ISO 22000 certification, issued by the international Bureau Veritas certification agency.
It is a guarantee provided by the Company to the consumers about the wholesomeness of its products, from the ingredient selection to the distribution of the marketed products.
The Villers French plant, in co-operation with DQG, has been the first to achieve this certification in Europe, thus paving the way to all of Ferrero Group’s plants.
This standard represents an international value alternative to the numberless local certifications that are constantly required by our customers.
In a globalized market, Ferrero is moving uniformly toward a world-wide value Group solution and the French plant is proud of being the first one that has reached this important result.
