BRC Global Standards confirm speaker programme for Food Safety Europe 2017

BRC Global Standards has confirmed their speaker programme for Food Safety Europe 2017, their annual one-day conference taking place in London on 7 February.

The topic for this year’s conference is ‘resilience in the face of change’. The event will address the impact of regulatory changes, counter fraud intelligence and food contamination risks.

BRC Global Standards have now confirmed the event will feature speakers from BSI, Campden BRI, Checkit, Chilled Food Association, Crowe Clark Whitehall, Glass Technology Services, Global 78, LGC, McDonald’s Food Corporation, Nestlé and the University of Leeds’ School of Biology.

Now in its fifth year, Food Safety Europe will deliver invaluable insights and high-level, constructive knowledge-share, designed specifically to improve European food safety management in retail, food service and manufacturing environments.
